Opportunity Fund: Monthly Investment Model
The Opportunity Fund allows participants to invest Mana each month and receive monthly dividends based on their share of the fund. Investments are straightforward, with profits distributed proportionally to the amount each participant contributes.
At the start of each month, participants can contribute Mana to the fund. The total fund value increases with these contributions. At the end of the month, the fund generates a profit based on a fixed growth rate or market performance. Dividends are calculated based on the percentage of the fund each participant contributed.
For example, if the fund starts with 10,000 Mana and grows by 5% in a month, the profit for that month is 500 Mana. If someone contributed 2,000 Mana, which is 20% of the fund, they would receive 20% of the profit, or 100 Mana, as their dividend.
Participants are paid their initial investment back at the end of the month, along with their dividends. They can then reinvest for the next cycle or choose not to participate further. This ensures that everyone’s returns are tied directly to how much they invest, without complicated share tracking or ongoing obligations.
This model is simple, transparent, and allows participants to decide monthly whether to reinvest or withdraw their funds and profits. It’s a straightforward way to reward investors proportionally to their contributions.
